Our College Park Portfolio, consisting of three apartment communities, provides residents convenient access to the University of Maryland and the greater Washington, DC Metro area. There are 81 units in these garden-style apartment buildings with close proximity to Metro, as well as to UMD's main campus facilities. WPC acquired the College Park Portfolio in 2021.
