Laurel and Capitol Heights, MD, June 2024 - WPC is opening a new self-storage facility in Laurel, MD featuring a three-story, climate-controlled building with 891 storage units and 12 RV/boat parking spaces, set to be completed by July 2024. Additionally, Prince George’s County has approved WPC’s fifth self-storage facility at 8601 Walker Mill Road in Capitol Heights, which will include 875 climate-controlled units, fleet parking, and 1,500 square feet of retail space.
