Dickerson, MD, September 2024 - Washington Property Company recently held its 2024 Company Outing at The Comus Inn in Dickerson, Maryland. Teams from WPC's Corporate, Residential, and Engineering divisions gathered for a day of team-building activities, including cornhole and trivia, while enjoying the pleasant weather.

WPC EXPANDS SELF-STORAGE OPERATIONS WITH NEW FACILITIES IN LAUREL AND CAPITOL HEIGHTS, MD
Laurel and Capitol Heights, MD, June 2024 - WPC is opening a new self-storage facility in Laurel, MD featuring a three-story, climate-controlled building with 891 storage units and 12 RV/boat parking spaces, set to be completed by July 2024. Additionally, Prince George’s County has approved WPC’s fifth self-storage facility at 8601 Walker Mill Road in Capitol Heights, which will include 875 climate-controlled units, fleet parking, and 1,500 square feet of retail space. Construction is expected to begin this fall, with easy access to I-495. Both facilities will be managed by Extra Space Storage.
Bethesda, MD, June 2024 - Washington Property Company (WPC) has opened its sixth Solaire-Branded luxury apartment. Strategically located at the corner of Wisconsin and Woodmont Avenues in Bethesda, MD, Solaire's 139 luxury rental apartments will start delivering in June 2016. True Food Kitchen, which will offer sophisticated healthy dining in Solaire's 6,400 square foot street–level retail space, is expected to open in fall of 2016.

Washington Property Company (WPC) of Bethesda, MD has sold a 13.54 acre parcel of land in Loudoun County, VA to Pulte Homes for $11.5 million. WPC successfully rezoned the land from commercial to residential use, and Pulte intends to build 95 town homes on the site.
