As Development & Finance Associate, Lawrence Saunders is responsible for supporting the senior leadership team in all phases of development, acquisition, sale and refinance projects, spanning all asset classes.

Prior to joining Washington Property Company, Mr. Saunders worked for three years at Allstate in their Leadership Development Program, after which he pursued a career in finance at Cambridge Associates as an Investment Performance Analyst.

Mr. Saunders holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Oakwood University, as well as an MBA in Finance and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from the University of Maryland. Mr. Saunders Resides in Bowie, Maryland.
