As Residential Property Accountant, Mr. Etheridge is responsible for daily accounting operations for residential management.

Jonathan has over ten years’ experience in various roles in property management. He began in 2011 as a maintenance technician, taking on increasing responsibility in property maintenance. In 2013, he transitioned to the administrative side of the house, first as a Sales and Service Associate and later as a Marketing Specialist and Assistant Property Manager.

Jonathan has overseen the financial responsibilities for six different communities in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.
