Mr. Butler is responsible for all maintenance operations at our residential properties. He has over 30 years of experience in the industry, handling a wide range of maintenance issues at properties across the Washington Metropolitan Area.

Prior to joining WPC, Mr. Butler was the Director of Maintenance at Elme Communities (previously known as Washington Real Estate Investment Trust), where he was responsible for the maintenance of their entire portfolio of more than 20,000 units across the east coast.

Mr. Butler lives in Rockville, Maryland, with his wife.
