Mr. Allred is responsible for overseeing all aspects of design and construction of Washington Property Company's new multi-family residential and mixed-use properties.

Prior to joining Washington Property Company, Mr. Allred worked for two international General Contractors managing construction of multi-family properties in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area.

Mr. Allred received a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. Mr. Allred resides in Arlington, Virginia.
