As Office Manager and Executive Assistant, Ms. Hand overseas the daily operations of our office and provides executive support for Mr. Nulsen. Prior to working at WPC, Ms. Hand was the office manager for 6 years at Avalere Health, an Inovalon Company. She managed Avalere's 2019 move from a classic office footprint in a historic property at Dupont Circle to an open workspace in a dynamic redesign near the White House, helping to develop the design and relocation strategy for 150 on-site and 50 remote staff. Additionally, Ms. Hand has experience as an executive assistant to senior leadership at Avalere in HR, IT, and Operations.

Ms. Hand has a bachelor's degree in English from Franklin & Marshall College, where she met her husband. They have three daughters and live in Bethesda.
