As Commercial Property Manager, David Lezell oversees Maryland properties located in Bethesda and Frederick, MD.

Prior to joining Washington Property Company, Mr. Lezell spent ten years as a commercial property manager with BECO Management, Inc., where he oversaw an office and industrial portfolio of 1 million square feet.

Mr. Lezell holds a BOMI International RPA® designation and is currently studying for his CPM designation with IREM.

Mr. Lezell is a graduate of Michigan State University. He resides in Gaithersburg, MD, with his wife and two sons.
