Mr. Schmid is responsible for commercial leasing at Washington Property Company. His 17 years of experience in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area covers multiple property types and various aspects of the commercial real estate industry.

Prior to joining Washington Property Company, Mr. Schmid was a Director at Tishman Speyer Properties, where he was responsible for leasing a 2.5 million square foot portfolio of office and retail space in Washington, DC and Virginia.

Mr. Schmid holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Marymount University and resides in Vienna, Virginia.
